Mack & Volvo Opens PartsASIST Store for Online Ordering

The new PartsASIST platform to make ordering Mack or Volvo truck parts and components online faster and simpler than ever.

Available now, the one-stop online solution gives Mack and Volvo truck owners another service and support option to help improve uptime. Registering for PartsASIST and transitioning from the current Mack SELECT Part Store or Volvo SELECT Part Store will allow for quick and confident parts selection from the your Mack or Volvo dealer network in the U.S. and Canada as dealers join the program throughout 2021.

Knowing that fleets and dealers often identify trucks differently, whether by VIN or fleet unit number, the new PartsASIST platform connects fleet unit numbers to individual VINs, resulting in quicker and easier tracking and documentation.

The advanced features built into PartsASIST further streamline and expand the capacity for 24/7 remote ordering, fulfillment and management. The MyFleet module links fleet unit numbers to individual VINs, making tracking and documentation more efficient. The integrated Genuine Parts and All Makes catalogs simplify the search for model-specific components, and the Quick Order function speeds up the process. Data is cross-referenced to determine real-time inventory availability, giving customers added confidence that what they see in the catalogs, and what they buy, is what will be delivered – the same as if they had called or visited a dealership in person.
