At Work Truck Week, we caught up with Mack Trucks to talk about what’s new across their lineup, including the launch of the all-new Granite, the MP13 engine, and new connected and safety technologies designed for vocational fleets.
Mack’s newest Granite features a larger cab that’s 10% bigger and nine inches wider at the B-pillar, giving drivers more space and comfort on the job. Under the hood, the new MP13 engine delivers up to 3% better fuel economy while supporting upcoming EPA 2027 compliance across Mack’s products.
Beyond the truck itself, Mack is expanding its connected services and uptime solutions, including:
Mack Connect for telematics, maintenance, and fleet data
GuardDog Connect for real-time vehicle monitoring
Over-the-air updates that help fleets reduce downtime
Safety is also a major focus. Mack’s new Mack Protect active safety system brings camera and radar technology to vocational trucks, helping drivers and fleet managers improve protection on the jobsite and the road. Watch the full conversation to learn how Mack is approaching fuel economy, safety, connectivity, and driver comfort for vocational fleets.
