A newly released video highlights the Pro-Cut X1 HD On-Truck Brake Lathe and shows how service providers who add the X1 to their shop will benefit from their investment.

The brief video demonstrates how the Pro-Cut X1 saves money and reduces downtime by repairing and not replacing brake rotors on trucks, buses, and medium and heavy-duty vehicles.

The Pro-Cut X1 is powered by a 48V DC variable-speed motor, capable of turning large vehicle axles. Its low-range gearbox provides ample torque, while adjustable tool arms and a 190-mm feed screw allow technicians to match-machine the largest rotors in the industry. It features separate speed and feed controls as well as everything needed to machine the rotors without removing them from the hub.
