Leitner Designs has launched the GateKeeper, a lockable and folding gate for pickup trucks. When paired with Leitner’s Active Cargo System (ACS) Forged, the GateKeeper secures the contents of the pickup truck bed behind an aluminum barrier. 

The GateKeeper allows tradespeople, outdoor enthusiasts, and pickup truck owners to leave their valuables in the bed of their trucks without worry.

“Our patented locking storage boxes, GearPods, revolutionized the truck-bed storage industry. As versatile as GearPods are, however, they can’t fit oversized gear,” said Bernhard Leitner, founder of Leitner Designs and chief designer. “Our customers told us they wanted a way to secure the larger gear in the bed of their pickup the same way they can with GearPods. We listened. No matter how large your gear is, you can keep it secure with GateKeeper.”

Key features of the GateKeeper include:

• Its modular design enables it to be installed on any size of pickup supported in the ACS Forged lineup. 

• It is maintenance-free and utilizes friction hinges instead of gas struts, which can be bulky and wear out. 

• A MOLLE panel design enables owners to secure lightweight gear directly to GateKeeper.
