The Flash Cleaner Machines feature an advanced cleaning process that uses a combination of air, liquid, and thermal cleaning to ensure heavy-duty diesel particulate filters (DPFs) are cleaned by more than 95% in 90 minutes.
The machine can be used to clean DPFs, diesel oxidation catalysts (DOCs), selective catalytic reduction systems (SCRs), and exhaust gas recirculation systems (EGRs) as well as Detroit Diesel One-Box aftertreatment systems.
Along with the state-of-the-art cleaning technology, the Flash Cleaner Machine delivers clear before- and after-cleaning test report documentation, making the entire process turnkey for any company looking to implement DPF/DOC cleaning technology for their fleets or truck repair operations.
