Rotary vane compressors are known for their dependability and ability to perform in harsh environments.  Next Generation Power direct-couples a rotary vane compressor to a Kubota industrial diesel engine for a package that further stands up to outdoor abuse.  Service vehicle owners and equipment operators will appreciate the long service life this rugged equipment delivers.

The Hydrovane rotary vane compressor, marketed by Gardner Denver, runs at 1,200-2,200 rpm for a long life and quiet operation.  It has no external oil cooler or oil lines that are vulnerable to condensation and oil thickening in cold temperatures.  Next Gen will build packages producing 20-150 cfm to meet a customer's requirements.

The 3 and 4-cylinder Kubota diesels run at 1,800 rpm for quiet, reliable performance.  Next Gen offers models with a remote radiator that fit inside service vehicle side boxes to save space.

Direct coupling the compressor to the Kubota engine eliminates belts, which can break and require more frequent servicing.  Because it's a low speed, low vibration configuration, it doesn't need a rigid, heavy frame and makes the overall package lighter.  There are also no roller bearings to wear out.

"We're selling more equipment to areas such as Texas and the Dakotas for service vehicles and equipment operators in the oil industry.  We want to ensure our customers have the best possible compressor in these harsh environments," said Gino Kennedy, Next Generator Power president.

The pictured compressor package is a 3-cylinder Kubota D1105 diesel with a remote radiator and 7.5 hp Hydrovane compressor producing 25 cfm @150 psi.  It measures 39" L x 24" H x 18" W and weighs approximately 250 lbs.  It costs $6,995.
