ZoomSafer announced on March 13 the release of its FleetSafer Mobile safe driving software, SafeDial, according to a company press release.
The software is compliant with the new Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration’s (FMSCA) regulations on hand-held mobile phone use while driving a commercial vehicle.
FleetSafer Mobile with SafeDial allows companies to ensure that employee drivers’ cell phone usage is fully compatible with FMCSA regulations. The smartphone software prevents texting and emailing while driving and also provides inbound and outbound call management. Any mobile phone calls made while driving can be made in a “one-touch” or hands-free way.
