Looking Back: Union Leasing Focused on Steady, Sustainable Growth
Union Leasing Announces New Identity as Moventum Fleet Management
Union Leasing becomes Moventum Fleet Management, reflecting its expanded focus on full-service fleet management and growth.

Union Leasing is now Moventum Fleet Management as the company accelerates into its next chapter focused on fleet performance and long-term growth.
Work Truck
Moventum Fleet Management is the new name for Union Leasing as the company marks its next phase of growth after more than 70 years in business.
The rebrand reflects the company’s evolution from a traditional leasing provider into a full-service fleet management organization focused on vehicle lifecycle management, operational performance, and long-term customer support.
“Moventum reflects where we’re going,” said Mark Hogland, president of Moventum Fleet Management. “Fleets are critical to how businesses operate, and they need to be managed with that level of importance. We’ve built this company on relationships, accountability, and results, and we’re leaning into that as we grow.”
The company said the new identity is designed to better represent its current business model and future direction within the fleet industry.
According to Moventum, account teams average more than 15 years of tenure, while customer relationships average more than a decade. The company also reported a Net Promoter Score of 62.
Moventum remains part of Sasser, Inc. and continues operating under an employee-owned ESOP structure.
Looking Ahead for Moventum Fleet
As part of the transition, the company has moved into a new headquarters located in Oak Brook, Illinois. The facility was designed to support future growth and continued investment in the business.
The company said its operating model will remain centered on dedicated account management and long-term client partnerships.
The Moventum name combines movement and momentum, aligning with the company’s new tagline, “Keep Work Moving.”
“This is not a change in what we do,” Hogland added. “It’s a clearer expression of the business we’ve built, and a signal of where we’re headed.”
