WILLIAMSTOWN, WV – A Toyota subsidiary plans to open a truck plant in West Virginia, according to the Associated Press. Hino Motors said it plans to open a facility in Williamstown on the site of a closed factory. Hino is a relatively small player in the American commercial truck market. Hino trucks are big sellers in Japan and Thailand, but its U.S. sales total about 6,600 a year.
