The auto maker recently announced several shifts in their management personnel.
Toyota Material Handling, U.S.A., Inc. (TMHU) recently announced several management changes, including the appointment of Ron Roensch to vice president, legal, human resources and dealer development. Roensch will be responsible for the overall management of all legal activities for TMHU, as well as oversight of all human resources and dealer development matters. He has dedicated the majority of his professional career to product safety and liability. Additionally, Terry Rains was appointed to national manager for parts, service and customer satisfaction; Troy Kaiser to national manager for technical and warranty operations; and Bruce Marti, to national manager of parts, service, customer satisfaction and customer service support (CSS) operations.
