N.J. Service Fleet Adds Mobile Tech Vehicles

Mahwah, N.J.-based GEM Office Technologies LLC has begun using a pair of mobile tech vehicles called the GEM Lab 10.1 and GEM Micro Lab 5.2 to provide software support to offices, the company announced.

The GEM Lab Fleet has been equipped with features that allow system engineers to provide on-site, first call support in partnerships with Samsung, Kyocera, Microsoft and Apple. The GEM Lab Fleet will repair office equipment, instal software upgrade s, fix network problems, and provide basic desktop support.

"GEM has been a valued partner for Unilever and always has phenomenal customer service and response time, which has allowed me to operate my department at the next level," said Paul Hajjar, executive producer at Unilever. "The GEM staff is extremely knowledgeable and with the addition of the GEM Lab Fleet, I truly feel as if GEM is always at the forefront of technology."

The GEM Lab Fleet will serve the Tri-State area of New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut.
