For the 2019 model-year, Titan and Titan XD Crew Cab and King Cab models add a new, segment-exclusive Fender Premium Audio System, with a 485-watt, nine-channel amplifier with Panasonic's proprietary Acoustic Motion Control.
The system is standard on Titan Crew Cab SL, SL Midnight Edition, and Platinum Reserve models and optional on Crew Cab and King Cab PRO-4X models. For Titan XD, the Fender system is standard on Titan XD Crew Cab SL and Platinum grade levels and optional on Titan XD PRO-4X Crew Cab and King Cab models.
All models also receive a new 7-inch touchscreen audio/IT display with NissanConnect featuring Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. An additional USB media port (two total) is also included, while a pair of illuminated USB-A charge ports is added to PRO-4X, SL and Platinum Reserve grades.
The Rear Door Alert (RDA) system is also now standard on all King Cab and Crew Cab models. The system uses the vehicle's door sensors, horn and message display to help remind drivers to check the back seat after the vehicle is parked. Nissan plans to have RDA standard on all four-door trucks, sedans, and SUV nameplates by model year 2022.
All 2019 Titan and Titan XD models are covered by Nissan's "America's Best Truck Warranty" – featuring bumper-to-bumper coverage of five-years or 100,000-miles. Vehicles covered by the new limited warranty, which includes basic and powertrain coverage, include all Titan V-8 gasoline-powered models and diesel and V-8 gasoline-powered 2019 Titan XD models.
For 2019, Nissan offers a full range of 1/2-ton Titan pickups, including Single Cab, King Cab, and Crew Cab body configurations, 4x2 and 4x4 drive, and a choice of up to five grade levels. Every Titan is powered by a 390-hp 5.6L Endurance V-8 gasoline engine mated to a 7-speed automatic transmission.
In addition to the previously mentioned enhancements for 2019, Titan also recieves a new body-color outer grille with gloss metallic black inner treatment for the SV grade (replaces the previous chrome grille treatment) — along with two new exterior paint colors: Midnight Pine Metallic and Moab Sunset Metallic.
As in previous years, the 2019 Titan also offers cutting-edge available towing, utility features and driving aids, including an Integrated Trailer Brake Controller, Trailer Sway Control (TSC), Tow/Haul Mode with Downhill Speed Control and a Trailer Light Check system that allows one-person hook-up operation — including checking turn signals, brake lights and running/clearance lights. It offers an available maximum towing capacity of 9,660 pounds and maximum payload capacity of 1,860 pounds when properly equipped.
Available technology features include Around View Monitor (I-AVM), Nissan Door-to-Door Navigation System with 3D building graphics and satellite imagery, Blind Spot Warning (BSW), Rear Cross Traffic Alert (RCTA), and RearView Monitor.
