Merchants Fleet Named Top Workplace in N.H.
Merchants Fleet Management has again been recognized as a Best Company to Work For in New Hampshire by Business NH Magazine, the fleet management company announced.
Merchants Fleet Management has again been recognized as a Best Company to Work For in New Hampshire by Business NH Magazine, the fleet management company announced.
"Merchants has an incredible team and we are very proud to be featured as a Best Company to Work for in NH,” said Brendan Keegan, Merchants chief executive. "Our employees play a critical role in reaching our strategic plan. Our job as an organization is to support our employees that are making that plan a reality."
The 2018 competition included an employee engagement survey that had to be completed by at least 50% of a company’s workforce as well as an extensive employer survey, detailing benefits and workplace practices.
By combining the results from both surveys, judges found Merchants Fleet Management had exceeded the bar of excellence for the fourth year in a row, placing No. 11 on the list.
"Over the course of the last year, we have continued to offer and develop new best-in-class employee programs to including our innovative ELEV8 program which supports programs such as; employee recognition, wellness, mentorship offerings, scholarships, employee appreciation week, breakfast bar, employee discounts, just to name a few," said Alicia Hart, director of human resources and talent management.
For 21 years, Business NH Magazine has recognized businesses that go out of their way to create high engagement workplaces for their employees through the Best Companies to Work For competition. The competition attracted applicants from across the state.
