Lexus has refreshed its ES entry luxury sedan for 2016 with styling updates and a new engine for the Chinese market, the automaker announced at the Shanghai auto show.
The 2016 ES gets "an elegant, dynamic look," according to Lexus, that includes a new front fascia with the Lexus spindle grille that's frames with satin chrome. The vehicle also gets new LED projector headlights with L-shaped daytime running lights.
The ES will offer the new Lexus Safety System+ that combines several safety technologies.
Lexus also annouced it would offer a new 2.0L direct-injected four-cylinder in China. The engine will not be available in the U.S.
