Ford F-650/F-750 Wins 2026 Medium-Duty Truck of the Year Award

The Ford F-650 and F-750 have been named Work Truck’s 2026 Medium-Duty Truck of the Year, marking Ford’s eighth win in the award’s 18-year history.

Ford has claimed the 2026 Medium-Duty Truck of the Year award from Work Truck, with the Ford F-650/F-750 earning the top honor from readers.

This marks the eighth time in the award’s 18-year history that Ford has taken the top spot, further cementing the brand’s long-standing strength in the medium-duty segment. Ford’s most recent win came in 2022, when the Ford F-650 earned the award.

This year’s winning truck, the Ford F-650/F-750, rose to the top from a competitive field of medium-duty contenders. Work Truck readers recognized the truck as a standout, voting it as the model that best meets their fleet’s real-world needs.

About the Medium-Duty Truck of the Year Award

The Medium-Duty Truck of the Year award invites vehicle manufacturers to nominate their top contenders. The ultimate winner is chosen by professional fleet managers who voted based on factors such as real-world performance, reliability, overall quality, ease of maintenance and repairs, and total cost of ownership.
