Fleet Safety Tip of the Week: Safely Driving Through a Roundabout
Here's some driving advice, along with a video, from the Washington State Department of Transportation.
More and more cities are adding roundabouts because they’re designed to make intersections safer and more efficient for drivers. The Washington State Department of Transportation offers these four primary tips to help drivers safely navigate a roundabout:
Yield to drivers in the roundabout.
Stay in your lane; do not change lanes.
Do not stop in the roundabout.
Avoid driving next to oversize vehicles.
