TREVOSE, PA – The CEI Group, Inc. (CEI) has named Luann Dunkerley, a 28-year veteran of the truck services industry, Business Development Manager for the Northeast region. The company markets its truck fleet services under the TruckGuardian brand.
Prior to joining CEI, Dunkerley spent her career with Ryder System, Inc., a global provider of transportation, logistics and supply chain management solutions. She spent the last 14 years as a Market Development Manager based in Philadelphia, with responsibility for equipment leasing and financing programs for targeted accounts in the Delaware Valley region.

“Luann brings a deep knowledge of the needs of the trucking industry, particularly in our region of the country,” said Wayne Smolda, CEO and founder of CEI. “Penetrating the trucking industry with our collision, risk and safety services is a key strategic goal for CEI, and we expect Luann to make a major contribution to our success.”
Dunkerley joined Ryder in 1980 as a dealer manager. She subsequently held positions with the company as a branch manager and then as an account executive.
At CEI, she will be based at the company’s headquarters in Trevose, PA, a suburb of Philadelphia. A resident of Newtown, PA, she attended Manchester Community College, in Manchester CT and Central Connecticut State University, in New Britain, CT.
