Bollinger Motors, Inc., an electric commercial vehicle manufacturer, and Amerit Fleet Solutions, a provider of customized fleet maintenance and repair programs nationwide, have announced an agreement for Amerit to provide mobile service and maintenance to Bollinger’s commercial fleet customers.
Under the agreement, the two companies will jointly provide EV service and warranty support for the Bollinger B4 in key states and future vehicles developed by Bollinger Motors.

The Bollinger B4 Chassis Cab is an all-new, all-electric class 4 commercial truck designed with extensive fleet and upfitter input. Bollinger’s unique chassis design protects the 158 kWh battery pack and components, offering advanced capability and safety in the commercial market.
The company expects deliveries of the Bollinger B4 to begin in the second half of 2024.
Under this agreement, Amerit will provide maintenance, repair, and warranty services to customer locations outside of the designated service area of a Bollinger authorized dealer. Amerit’s Mobile Service Centers complement Bollinger’s service strategy, providing convenient and essential services on location, minimizing downtime, and maximizing fleet efficiency.

Amerit will provide strategic, nationwide service locations aligned with Bollinger’s launch plan. Amerit service technicians will complete an extensive safety training program as part of Bollinger’s training curriculum for the B4 Chassis Cab and other future vehicles.

Bollinger Motors Sells 80 Bollinger B4 Chassis Cabs to Momentum Groups
Bollinger Motors signed a deal to sell 80 all-electric Class 4 commercial trucks to Momentum Groups for $13.2 million. Momentum Groups can customize the Bollinger B4 Chassis Cab with mobile EV chargers, such as a box truck, flatbed, service body, or stake truck.
Momentum Groups provides national fleet programs and mobile and permanent charging infrastructure for electric vehicles (EVs).
“We are delighted to work with Bollinger Motors and its innovative B4 Chassis Cab, as the company shares our commitment to reducing greenhouse emissions and improving the world around us,” said Jack Pyros, president of Momentum. “We look forward to introducing the Bollinger B4 mobile charging vehicles to our fleet customers, ultimately helping them create operational efficiency in an environmentally friendly way.”
After Bollinger Motors begins production in the second half of 2024, Momentum will take ownership of the vehicles.

Additionally, Bollinger Motors has qualified for federal clean vehicle purchasing incentives, which provide $40,000 in refundable tax credits per truck under the Inflation Reduction Act.
