Registration
Q: Where Can I Pick Up My Badge or Badgeholder?
A: The registration counter is located at the Phoenix Convention Center in the North Building in front of Ballroom 120D. Bring your mailed badge or email confirmation with you to the registration counter for quicker service.
Early Badge Pick-Up Happy Hour - New!
Monday, September 30, 5:00pm - 7:00pm
Avoid the Tuesday morning rush and get your badge and a beverage on Monday evening! You’ll also be able to complete your Ride & Drive Event waiver while you’re there!

Passport Program
Pick up your passport at the registration counter. Get it stamped by participating exhibitors, then return your fully stamped booklet to the Green Fleet magazine booth #607 by 1:00pm on Wednesday for a chance to win great prizes. The drawing will be held at 1:30pm Wednesday. You must be present to win.
Meet the Editors
All new this year, six magazine editors will be stationed in the Editor's Lounge throughout exhibit hall hours to hear new story ideas and more about what is currently happening in your fleet. The Editor's Lounge will be located right next to the Green Fleet magazine booth and the editors represent a variety of publications including Automotive Fleet, Heavy Duty Trucking, Green Fleet, Government Fleet, Auto Rental News, Work Truck and more.
