Ford Pro continues to deliver monthly software updates designed to improve visibility, control, and safety across connected fleets. With more than 5.2 million commercial vehicles now operating within the Ford Pro ecosystem, these updates aim to help fleet managers make smarter, more informed decisions — faster.
This month’s highlights include the integration of Google Maps into the Ford Pro Telematics Drive app, along with new safety and privacy features that make driver management even easier.

New Ford Pro Software Features Now Available
Block Driver Association
Fleet managers can now prevent drivers from self-assigning to unapproved vehicles. This new feature helps ensure data accuracy and supports driver privacy, especially in fleets with 1:1 driver-vehicle relationships.

Google Maps Integration in Ford Pro Telematics Drive App
The Ford Pro Telematics Drive app now includes integrated Google Maps, improving navigation and vehicle tracking with a familiar, easy-to-use map interface.

Real-time telematics layered over the Google Maps experience
Updated Map Pins and Moving Status Icons
Map pins now display dynamic status icons, helping fleet managers instantly recognize vehicle movement, status, and location at a glance.
Direction of Travel Display
Fleet managers can now view the direction of travel for moving vehicles directly in the app. This allows quicker decision-making and improved visibility into active routes.
