National Truck Protection Co. Inc. introduced a new management system to streamline the selling and processing of their equipment protection plans for commercial truck dealer partners in the U.S. and Canada.
This new technology has been developed and customized for NTP Co. by Arcadium Technologies, a provider of user-friendly customer retention tools and processes for commercial truck and trailer dealers.
The new integration will be available to all NTP and Premium 2000 dealer partners who subscribe to the Arcadium software solution.
"We have been working with the Arcadium technology team for over six months to fine-tune a system integration to increase the speed, accuracy, and overall efficiency of selling our equipment protection service plans," said Geoff Stigler, Chief Commercial Officer at NTP Co.
He added that the new platform addresses requests NTP has received from many of its dealer partners to streamline quoting, selling, and submitting new service contracts for their truck buying customers.
"The customized platform developed by Arcadium allows a service contract to be added, priced, and purchased in minutes, without leaving the Arcadium system where truck deals are assembled," he added.
The NTP and Premium 2000 sales teams are excited about how easy it will be to activate this technology for their thousands of dealer partners. NTP already has several dealers who have enabled the new integration and many more who will be enabled in the next month.
Stigler added, "NTP turned 40 years old last year and has the two leading brands in the industry. This process integration with Arcadium is another example of our team leading the way to help dealers increase productivity and profitability by adding our equipment protection plan to the truck sale."
