Transport Solutions of America (TSOA), a vehicle transport company, has announced its Q3 2021 Driver of the Quarter and Upfitter Division Driver of the Quarter. Drivers are selected based on safe driving miles, DOT compliance, vehicle care, compliance with vehicle condition reporting, and other required TSOA and client documentation.
TSOA recognizes driver Rohan Mullings as its Q3 2021 Driver of the Quarter. Rohan originally hails from Jamaica, but now resides in Miami and loves his city. Mullings is a huge Miami Dolphins fan and his favorite college team is the Miami Hurricanes (University of Miami). He has been with TSOA for just over two years and has 300,000 safe driving miles. Mullings was selected for reliability, safety, professionalism, and compliance with all client, TSOA, and DOT requirements. Sydney Kirkpatrick, TSOA dispatcher said, “He quietly does great work every day, with every run. He’s so consistent and we can always count on him.” When awarded this recognition, Mullings commented, “What I like about TSOA is it's consistent, dependable, and fair with me as an independent contractor. It makes my job stress free.” He also wanted to thank everyone at the office for their support and to those that were involved in the selection process.
Bill Jones is recognized as TSOA's Q3 2021 Upfitter Division Driver of the Quarter. Jones hails from Memphis, Tennessee, where he almost exclusively drives for one of TSOA's clients based there and does a fantastic job. He has been with TSOA for just under two years. Jones was selected for rapport and relationship-building with TSOA's Memphis clients, safety, and compliance with all client, TSOA, and DOT requirements. Troy Bryant, TSOA Upfitter Division manager said, “Jones flies under the radar, handles our clients with care, and gets the job done right every time.” When awarded this recognition, Jones commented, “From day one, TSOA has been a great company to work with. From the competitive pay, leadership, and great staff, to the communication with me when I am out on the road, TSOA is second to none in the driveaway industry. I know this because I have worked for others who have left me out there on my own. Thank you TSOA for giving me the opportunity to find my home in this business."
Mullings and Jones will receive a monetary award for their achievements.
