Harbinger Motors introduced the HC Series Cab, a medium-duty low-cab-forward work truck available in electric and hybrid configurations. The platform, with a gross vehicle weight rating of up to 26,000 pounds, maximizes payload while maintaining a compact footprint.
In this video, Harbinger CEO John Harris explains how it offers improved maneuverability and urban drivability, with a turning radius and modular architecture that support both electric and hybrid powertrains.
In this video, you will hear about how:
The HC Series Cab expands Harbinger's medium-duty lineup and is designed to support a wide range of vocational applications, including box trucks, flat beds, and stake beds.
The HC series Cab maintains Harbinger's independent front suspension with an industry-leading turning radius and modular architecture, enabling both electric and hybrid platforms.
The new chassis Cab will be available across Harbinger's entire chassis lineup, covering GVWRs from 16,000 to 26,000 pounds, wheelbases of 158, 178, and 208 inches, and a new 235-inch wheelbase.
The HC Series Cab is 500 to 1,000 pounds lighter than diesel competitors, and Harris said it offers better driver comfort and visibility.
The all-electric range is 140 to 210 miles, and the hybrid range extender can enable up to 500 miles.
