Legend has introduced BedBoss, a structural bed floor designed to improve durability and cargo security for 1/2-ton pickup trucks. The new solution reinforces truck beds without requiring any drilling, making it a practical upgrade for fleet operators, contractors, and off-road users.
Modern pickup truck beds take a beating on the job site, yet many are made from thin-gauge aluminum or metal. Factory bed liners help prevent surface scratches but do little to stop dents, punctures, or structural wear when hauling heavy equipment or materials. Additionally, standard tie-down points are often limited and inconveniently placed, making it difficult to secure cargo safely.
BedBoss is a bolt-in structural floor that protects truck beds from damage while adding multiple flexible tie-down points. Built from industrial-grade steel and a 19mm composite floor, it more than doubles the bed’s durability, helping fleets avoid costly repairs and downtime. Designed to install without drilling, BedBoss mounts to factory D-rings, preserving truck resale value and preventing rust risks.
Key Features:
Reinforced Structural Support – Prevents bed dents, punctures, and warping under heavy loads.
More Tie-Down Points – More than triples the number of secure cargo anchor points for added flexibility.
No-Drill Installation – Uses factory mounting points to streamline installation and removal.
Non-Slip, Impact-Resistant Surface – Enhances cargo stability and durability.
Quick Removal for Cleaning – Can be detached in under 10 minutes for easy maintenance.
Designed for heavy-duty use, BedBoss protects truck beds from dents and punctures while providing a non-slip, impact-resistant surface for cargo stability.
