US Tarp Inc., manufacturer of load containment and cargo protection tarping systems, announced its new Single Stage Premium Gantry System designed for the Recycling and Refuse industries.

Customizable to meet your needs, the new lightweight, durable Single Stage Premium Gantry is a safe and reliable containment system for covering up to 40-yard containers. US Tarp’s gantries are designed to straddle over truck or trailer frames, for ease of installation, according to the company.

The powdercoated PTO hydraulically-operated frame is built to stand 58-inches tall and extends 36-inches vertically, allowing fleets and municipalities to quickly and effectively cover a wide range of containers.

The standard Single Stage Premium Gantry System includes frame mounted Polished Aluminum arms, Hydraulic Gear Motor, Wireless Remote Kit, Polished Aluminum Open Top Housing, and a Work Light Kit.

Like US Tarp’s other tarping systems, this newest Premium Gantry is highly versatile and nearly every element of the system can be customized. Polished Aluminum, Galvanized Steel, or Bulletproof Aluminum arms are available, along with fender- or frame-mounted spring assemblies, which can also be modified to fit the application.

US Tarp has more than 20 tarp materials to choose from and recommends pairing the Premium Gantry with its strongest meshes in the market – Monster Mesh or Armor Mesh.
