Battle Motors has launched Fortris AI, an advanced proprietary data engine and reasoning system to transform operational efficiency and lower operating costs in the transportation industry. It debuted at Waste Expo 2025 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

“The Fortris AI Stack processes, analyzes, and manages data extremely efficiently to help make you the smartest operator in the business. The Fortris AI Reasoning System was designed to emulate human-like problem solving, decision making, and inference capabilities to deliver true reductions to TCO,” said Michael Patterson, Battle Motors CEO.

In addition, Fortris is compatible across mixed fleets and introduces groundbreaking features, including AI-powered DVIR and TPMS, advanced self-diagnostic capabilities, and a voice-activated mode with photo capture for streamlined warranty support.

Seamless Dashboard Interface

The in-cab tablet and dashboard are Powered by Battles’ RevolutionOS, to elevate operator efficiency by consolidating essential tools into a seamless dashboard system. This advanced technology provides commercial vehicle operators with a streamlined, intuitive interface that meets the industry's evolving demands while enhancing safety, connectivity, and overall performance.

“With the launch of the Fortris AI, we’re setting a new standard for smart truck technology,” said Paul Marsolan, chief software officer at Battle Motors. “This system is designed to simplify operations, enhance safety, and improve efficiency, allowing fleets to focus on what matters most—delivering results.”

Using AI to Interpret Live Vehicle Data

“Fortris AI turns your fleet into an intelligent thinking machine. We engineered it to do what legacy telematics can’t—interpret live vehicle data, make decisions on the fly, and take the guesswork out of diagnostics and routing,” said Kelleigh Shankel, chief technology officer. “It’s not just smarter tech—it’s operational firepower. For drivers, that means fewer delays and safer routes. For fleet managers, it means faster decisions, lower costs, and finally having the system that works for them—not the other way around.”

Fortris Hub consolidates redundant screens and providing real-time, contextual data, Fortris empowers operators to make faster, smarter decisions. The result is improved safety, reduced operating costs, and a streamlined, future-ready fleet management solution that sets a new standard for efficiency on the road.

In-Cab Command Center

Inside the truck, Fortris Hub provides a flexible command center, featuring a 10.5-inch digital instrument gauge cluster and a patent-pending 14.6-inch center touchscreen.

Battle Motors said the customizable modular dashboard provides instant access to key operational data, including GPS, speed, location, and real-time vehicle health insights. Designed for ease of use, the system allows drivers to navigate their tools and metrics effortlessly, improving efficiency on every route.

With API-enabled third-party access, Fortris integrates seamlessly with body company-installed systems, maintaining the benefits of a connected truck without additional costs or in-cab clutter. This factory-installed platform ensures cutting-edge functionality within a streamlined workspace.

Available in Fourth Quarter of 2025

Fortris Hub will be available for quoting in Battle Motors’ Product Configurator in May 2025, and production orders will begin in the fourth quarter of 2025.
