The Motiv Power systems Adaptive Battery Controller (ABC) is designed to monitor and control multiple independent battery backs for the company’s Electric Powered Intelligent Chassis.
The ABC allows Motiv’s EPIC chassis to use regular automobile batteries rather than specially produced battery backs for electric vehicles. The ABC can simultaneously control multiple battery backs through a single piece of hardware.
The ABC also streamlines the body fitting by freeing up space outside of the chassis frame rails, providing more space and flexibility for body builders.
