Work Truck is continuing its newest monthly video interview series, "Shades of Fleet," which spotlights the wide variety of people keeping the fleet industry moving every day.
February’s theme, Beyond Black History Month, will feature Black fleet professionals and focus on leadership, mentorship, and visibility throughout the year. The goal is to highlight real experiences from across fleet roles, from technicians and drivers to coordinators, administrators, and emerging leaders.

Participants will record a short video interview using guided prompts and a simple recording link, with no special setup required.
The prompts include a brief on-camera introduction (name, title, company, and time in fleet), followed by questions covering visibility in fleet, meaningful mentorship, leadership lessons, and how the industry can create stronger opportunity pipelines. Let your voice be heard today!
