Volkswagen's iconic ID. Buzz is making waves on screens and streets! As part of a collaboration between Volkswagen of America and NBCUniversal, the ID.
Buzz starred in a reimagined version of Saturday Night Live's beloved sketch "The Californians," featuring Fred Armisen, Bill Hader, and Kristen Wiig. The spot celebrates SNL's 50th anniversary season and Volkswagen's 75th anniversary in the U.S.
The sketch, which aired during the SNL50: The Homecoming Concert, highlights Volkswagen's all-electric take on the classic Microbus, driving through iconic Southern California routes. Additionally, Volkswagen is supporting the California Fire Foundation with a donation to aid first responders and their families.
But the buzz doesn't stop there! Bobit Business Media is joining the excitement with its own Volkswagen ID. Buzz, adding it to the company's road test fleet and using it as a mobile video studio.
In Bobit's latest video, Colin Sutherland, CEO of Bobit Business Media shared his excitement: "We couldn't be more excited to have the VW ID. Buzz as our mobile studio and lab, traveling across the country to events and customer visits. Join us on a ride-along to showcase your innovations and stories on the road."

About the ID. Buzz
The Volkswagen ID. Buzz is an all-electric reimagining of the classic Microbus, blending retro design with modern tech. Available in Pro S, Pro S Plus, and 1st Edition trims, it offers rear-wheel and 4Motion all-wheel-drive options.
The rear-wheel model delivers 282 horsepower with an EPA-estimated 234-mile range, while the 4Motion variant offers 335 horsepower with a 231-mile range. With three rows of seats for up to seven passengers and ample cargo space, it’s a versatile, stylish choice. Starting MSRP: $59,995.
