Unique Truck Equipment of Grand Rapids Mich., has purchased the assets and intellectual property from Universal Step Inc. of Lebanon, Mo.
The acquisition includes the manufacturing rights to the patented Big Truck Tire Step, “The only step that allows you to safely stand on top of the tire,” according to the company.
The Big Truck Tire Step is made in the U.S.A.
The purchase amount was undisclosed.
Unique Truck Equipment has been providing quality tools and safety equipment to the Heavy Duty trucking industry for more than 26 years.
