Two New Staff Members Join The Collective Data Sales And Client Care Departments

Continued steady growth and new approach to customer service spur need for staff additions to software company.

North Liberty, Iowa – May 21, 2007- Collective Data, Inc. a leading provider of integrated fleet management solutions recently hired Carrie Ridenour as a Client Care specialist and Greg Sindt as an Account Manager. The expansion of both the sales and client care divisions are a response to the growing demand for Collective Data’s products and a steady rise in client acquisitions. “We are excited to welcome these two professionals to our sales and customer care teams”, said Rob Kinney, vice President of Sales, “our continued growth depends heavily on our ability to assist potential clients in making informed decision about their solution purchase and making sure to meet their changing needs once they become our client. Carrie and Greg will help us continue our tradition of exceptional service in both of these areas.” Carrie Ridenour comes to Collective Data with several technical and service certifications including a Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification. Ms. Ridenour will draw on nearly fifteen years of customer service and support experience in order to provide Collective Data clients with a highly effective single point of contact with the company. This system allows Collective Data to gain a deeper, more robust understanding of the unique culture and needs within the clients organization. The client care specialist serves as front line support and training contact as well as the project coordinator for any upgrades, modifications or additions to a client’s system. By employing this style of client care, Collective Data ensures a continuity of service that enables clients to have issues or new functionality inquires handled more efficiently than possible with traditional customer support models. Greg Sindt brings a decade of software sales and support skills to the Collective Data sales department. Mr. Sindt honed his solution diagnostic and solid relationship building skills in his previous positions as Senior Regional Account Manager and as technical support specialist for a top educational software company. Mr. Sindt will provide potential clients with a reliable and knowledgeable guide in finding a fleet management solution best suited to their needs. About Collective Data, Inc.
