Vehicles: 2022 Maverick vehicles previously repaired under recall number 24V-267

Component: Electrical system, powertrain
Breakdown: The body and power train control modules may fail to detect a change in the 12-volt battery state of charge.
Solution: Dealers will recalibrate the body control module and power train control module, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed Aug. 26, 2024.

Breakdown: The steering column intermediate shaft may have been secured to the steering gear pinion shaft with an incorrect bolt, which can result in the separation of steering components and cause a loss of steering control.
Solution: Dealers will replace the steering column intermediate shaft bolt free of charge. Interim letters, notifying owners of the safety risk, were mailed Aug. 22, 2024.

Breakdown: When closing the windows with the global closing feature, the windows may not automatically reverse after detecting an object.

Vehicles: 2021-2022 Bronco, F-150, Edge, Explorer, Lincoln Nautilus, and Lincoln Aviator vehicles equipped with either a 2.7L or 3.0L Nano EcoBoost engine.

Breakdown: The engine intake valves may break while driving, which can result in engine failure and a loss of drive power.

Vehicles: 2015-2024 Zero Radius refuse trucks

Breakdown: The side loader arm may not be properly secured, resulting in unexpected movement while driving.

Breakdown: The vehicle control software could misclassify a loss of isolation between the chassis and high-voltage system, shutting down the high-voltage (HV) batteries.
