Breakdown: The high voltage battery may fail internally and lead to a vehicle fire while parked or driving.
Solution: Owners are advised to park outside and away from structures and not to charge their vehicles until the remedy is completed. The remedy is currently under development. Breakdown: The electric drive module software may not effectively manage torque, which can result in a loss of drive power.
Solution: Dealers will update the software for the motor control processor, battery processor control module, integrated dual charge module, and electric vehicle control unit. Breakdown: The right longitudinal frame member may not be reinforced properly, decreasing the structural integrity of the third-row seats.

Breakdown: An incorrect surface primer may have been used to attach the lightbar to the windshield, causing the light bar to loosen and detach.
Solution: Tesla Service will inspect the light bar and install an additional mechanical attachment or replace the light bar using tape to adhere the light bar to the windshield as well as an additional mechanical attachment as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed Dec. 26, 2025.

Breakdown: The interconnect battery cable routed between the chassis battery and the auxiliary batteries may overheat.
Solution: Dealers will reroute the interconnect connections to the fused terminal, replace the interconnect battery cables with higher-gauge cables, and inspect and replace the solenoid as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed December 1, 2025.
