Breakdown: The mirror glass may detach from the driver's side heated trailer tow rearview mirror.

Breakdown: The front wheel hub encoder rings may be damaged, which can disable the electronic stability control system.

Breakdown: The front upper control arm ball joint nut may not have been installed or tightened properly, allowing the front upper control arm to detach from the knuckle assembly.
Solution: Dealers will inspect and verify that the ball joint fastener is tightened properly. If a fastener is loose or missing, the dealer will replace the ball joint and knuckle assembly as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed on October 28, 2024.

Breakdown: The second-row child seat tether anchors may not properly secure a child seat, due to incomplete thread engagement.

Breakdown: The rearview camera image may fail when the vehicle speed reaches 10 MPH or greater.

Breakdown: Incorrect bolts may have been used to attach the rear axle shaft, which can lead to the rear wheel locking up or separating from the axle.

Breakdown: Water may enter the Tailgate Park Assist Sensor Interface Module (TPASIM) and cause the rearview camera image to display intermittently or appear blue or black.
Solution: Dealers will replace the tailgate top camera, wire harness, TPASIM module, and update the Image Processing Module A (IPMA) software, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed Dec. 9, 2024.

Breakdown: The front turn signal lights and parking lights may be too similar in brightness, making it difficult to see the front turn signals when they are activated.

Breakdown: The left or right-side roof-rail air bag (RRAB) inflator end cap may detach from the inflator or the inflator sidewall may rupture.

Breakdown: The door strikers were not properly heat-treated, which can cause them to break.
