Breakdown: An insufficient weld in the transmission control unit can allow transmission fluid to leak on to electrical components, resulting in a loss of drive power or loss of park function.

Breakdown: The front right-side lower link may have been manufactured with an oversized ball joint, which can result in corrosion and ball joint separation from the front right-side lower link.

Breakdown: During supplier testing, the terminals in a wiring harness connector may have been deformed, possibly resulting in an insufficient electrical connection that can cause the air bags not to deploy as intended.
Solution: Oshkosh will inspect and replace the electrical connectors, or replace the wiring harness as necessary, free of charge. The manufacturer has not yet provided a schedule for owner notification.
Rivian

Breakdown: The attachment clips on the upper B-pillar and/or C-pillar trim panels may have been damaged during a service procedure.

Breakdown: Debris from the manufacturing process may contaminate the engine and cause the main bearings to fail, which can result in an engine stall and loss of drive power.
Solution: The remedy is currently under development. Interim letters notifying owners of the safety risk are expected to be mailed July 15, 2024. A second notice will be sent once the remedy is available.
