Ram Debuts Three New Models at the State Fair of Texas
All three of the new pickup truck models will go on sale in the fourth quarter of 2021.

Ram debuted its new Ram 1500 TRX Ignition Edition, Longhorn SouthFork, and Ram 1500 (RAM) Red Edition at the State Fair of Texas.
The Ram Truck display at the State Fair of Texas features a lineup of Ram trucks from Sept. 24 through Oct. 17 at Fair Park in Dallas.
“Buyers demand a good‐looking truck with easy‐to‐use features. They tell us their Ram trucks are an extension of their personality, and they want to stand out from the crowd,” said Mike Koval Jr., Ram Brand CEO – Stellantis. “Ram customers demand even more and our new models deliver that with a selection of exterior and interior appointments and content for even greater personalization.”
The 2022 Ram 1500 TRX Ignition Edition is limited to 875 units. The models feature the TRX Level 2 Equipment Group, 18‐inch machine face black wheels, spray‐in bedliner, cargo tie‐downs, and an LED cab‐mounted brake light. It also has a 6.2L supercharged HEMI V‐8 engine.
The TRX Ignition Edition’s MSRP will start at $91,585.
The Ram 1500 Longhorn SouthFork model is replacing the Limited Longhorn 10th Anniversary. This model features a multi‐function tailgate, deployable bed step, spray‐in bedliner, metal pedal kit, and Falken Wildpeak All‐Terrain tires.
The Ram 1500 Longhorn SouthFork’s MSRP starts at $61,620.
As for the Ram 1500 (RAM) Red Edition, it is available on Limited Crew Cab configurations. There will be a choice of both V‐8 engines and EcoDiesel.
The MSRP for the Ram 1500 (RAM) Red Edition starts at $63,250.
All three models will go on sale in the fourth quarter of 2021.
