PHH Arval Announces Enhancements to PHH InterActive

PHH Arval, a subsidiary of PHH Corporation, has enhanced its award-winning client Web site, PHH InterActive. The company announced two enhancements designed to help fleet managers work more effectively in the application.
PHH InterActive contains more than 130 standard reports covering every aspect of fleet management. For users who aren’t sure which of those reports contain the exact information they seek, “Find a Report” allows users to select a high-level category and check specific fields — the system immediately provides a list of reports that contain that particular information.
The new functionality allows users to view a sample of the report to make sure it’s the one that best suits their needs, and they can then run the report and schedule it to be electronically delivered to them on a regular basis. PHH clients report major time-savings in being able to quickly find and generate the report that matches their needs.
PHH News is an enhanced news function on the PHH InterActive home page that allows users to quickly scan the news section and find the information that’s important to them.
Both of these enhancements to PHH InterActive were developed in response to suggestions by PHH’s Client Advisory Board and were built with their input. These enhancements are the latest in a series of initiatives, including the launch of Custom Reporting last year.
