The Akzo Nobel Business Unit Nobilas Claims & Fleet Solutions and Dent Zone International Inc., have announced the formation of a strategic partnership to offer a managed Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) program. The new service, which goes under the name of Nobilas PDR, combines the Nobilas Accident/Repair Management with Dent Zone's Paintless Dent Repair Program. "The partnership with Dent Zone is in line with our strategy of ensuring a holistic service offering to our customers," says Robby Robbs, strategic development manager for Nobilas North America. "We are now able to assist our existing clients in the untimely event of a catastrophic loss. In addition, we can also offer stand alone Cat Management Services for companies seeking crisis relief through an outsourced solution by an organization with a solid background in insurance," added Robbs. With Dent Zone's expertise in PDR, and our expertise with accident management combined with our leading edge technology, we are able to offer an outstanding quality program that includes oversight on PDR, which includes compliance. "Linking the domain expertise of both companies' just makes a whole lot of sense," Robbs went on to add. Nobilas offers lease companies, insurers, car rental companies, and fleet owners solutions for the entire accident management process, from damage reports and replacement vehicles to repairs and claims settlement. The total concept, supported by tools such as an innovative IT platform and an extensive towing and bodyshop network, minimizes inconvenience for drivers and maximizes efficiency for fleet owners. Dent Zone, International has built a nationwide network of PDR technicians and an administration system that dispatches and tracks repairs. The company's subsidiary, PDR LINX Hail Group, repairs vehicles damaged by hail for both commercial and retail clients. "We are a pioneer in the PDR industry," noted Troy Good, co-founder of Dent Zone. "We have a strong track record of innovation, quality workmanship, and delivering value to vehicle owners and insurance carriers.
