Mack Trucks will feature its comprehensive lineup for the waste industry during WasteExpo 2025. The company announced it will display a Mack TerraPro Daycab, a Mack MD6 battery-electric vehicle (BEV), and a Mack Granite Compressed Natural Gas (CNG), May 5-8, at the Las Vegas Convention Center, Las Vegas, Nevada.
Mack MD6 Electric Features & Specs
The Mack MD6 Electric, a Class 6 model with a gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) of 25,995 pounds, is exempt from the 12% Federal Excise Tax (FET). It offers 260 horsepower and 1,850 lb.-ft. of torque and is powered by a 240-kWh energy storage system, providing a clean, zero-tailpipe emission solution for urban environments.
