“Through this new platform, our engineers, commercial product managers, connected service experts, and various team leaders are all coming to you from their very own home offices,” said Peper. “They’re coming to you to share the latest news about our extensive vehicle lineup and the services we can provide to help keep your businesses moving forward."
During her presentation, Barra discusses the progress of GM’s “zero, zero, zero initiative”: she stresses the importance autonomous vehicles will have on the future of driver safety and how crash-avoidance technology available now can help, and the importance of an all-electric future and how GM will support a greater adoption of EVs.
She also gives an overview of GM’s all-new OnStar Business Solutions, which brings four product offerings together — OnStar Safety Services, OnStar Vehicle Insights, API & Data Services, and Wi-Fi — to simplify fleet management for customers.
