Ford Pro Launches Employee Pricing Initiative for Commercial Customers
Ford Pro launches employee pricing for commercial customers through July 6 on eligible Super Duty, Transit, F-150, Maverick, and Ranger models.

Ford Pro’s employee pricing initiative includes eligible Super Duty trucks, Transit vans, F-150, Maverick, and Ranger models for commercial and small business customers.
Ford Pro
Ford Pro is introducing a new initiative designed to help commercial and small business customers offset rising operating costs by giving them access to the same pricing Ford employees receive on eligible vehicles.
The program, called “Employee Pricing; From Our Business To Yours,” runs through July 6 and applies to select Ford Pro and work-focused Ford vehicles, including Super Duty trucks, Transit vans, F-150, Maverick, and Ranger models. Ford said additional trim eligibility and program details are available through FordPro.com.
The announcement aligns with Ford’s America 250th campaign and is intended to recognize the businesses, tradespeople, public service crews, and frontline workers who help keep local communities and the U.S. economy operating every day.
Alicia Boler Davis Connects Initiative to Blue-Collar Roots
Ford Pro President Alicia Boler Davis introduced the initiative in a LinkedIn op-ed, tying the announcement to her background growing up in a blue-collar Detroit household with family members who worked for Ford in automotive manufacturing. Davis said those experiences shaped her understanding of the demands placed on workers who rely on trucks and vans to earn a living and support their families.
“Every minute, night or day, there are millions of men and women clocking in to keep this country moving,” Davis wrote. “They’re the electricians, plumbers, contractors, and construction workers. The utility crews keeping our lights on. The local city employees keeping our streets safe and our water flowing.”
She added that today’s essential workers and small businesses continue facing mounting financial pressure from increasing fuel costs, insurance expenses, labor rates, and parts prices.
“This isn’t a promotion. It is a sign of mutual respect,” Davis wrote. “It is our way of easing the burden on the businesses and unsung heroes that carry the weight of this country on their shoulders.”
Ford said its vans and trucks are currently used by more small businesses than any other automaker in America. The company also emphasized its long history of building vehicles designed for vocational and commercial work, dating back to 1905.
Ford Highlights Work Truck and Van Lineup
Davis highlighted the role Ford Pro vehicles play across industries, from Transit vans used by plumbers and contractors to Super Duty trucks clearing snow during severe winter weather and supporting utility and emergency response operations.
“We just want to make it a little easier for hard work to drive a Ford,” Davis wrote.
While Ford has not disclosed exact discount amounts for the Ford Pro initiative, employee pricing programs typically offer pricing below MSRP and can save buyers thousands of dollars, depending on vehicle configuration. Ford’s public employee pricing site currently lists eligible 2025 F-150 models starting at $34,558 and Super Duty models starting at $41,495.
