Fleet Response Relocates Corporate Offices and Data Center
Fleet Response will be relocating our corporate offices and data center on Friday, December 15, 2006. Our offices will be closing at 12:00 noon Eastern Time on Friday, December 15 and will re-open for regular operation at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time on Monday, December 18, 2006. Our Call Center will forward at 12:00 noon Eastern Time to our after-hours service with call center and claims personnel assistance until 5:30 p.m. The Fleet Response Data Servers including our On-Line Information Service (OLIS) will be unavailable beginning at 12:00 noon Eastern Time on Friday, December 15. We expect to be down for 24 hours or less. We ask that non-urgent rentals and other requests are called in before noon on Friday, December 15. All rental upgrades and approvals will be reviewed Monday. Thank you for your patience as we relocate to a larger facility.
