First Fully Electric Light Aerial Bucket Truck Introduced
ZEVX partnered with Breezeline to introduce first fully electric light aerial bucket truck.

ZEVX and Breezeline partnered to upgrade an internal combustion engine aerial bucket truck to full electric power.
The Breezeline bucket truck was built on a 2019 Ford F-450 Chassis with an existing boom system outfitted with the ZEVX Athena Extended Range conversion, delivering 124kWh to power both the drive train as well as the power take-off (PTO) system of the boom system.
Specifications include:
ZEVX removed the Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) and transmission.
(Re)powered the vehicle with our electric motor and transmission/gear reducer.
Connected into the existing OEM componentry.
Adopting Tech for Sustainability
Specific advantages of using ZEVX's battery electric power systems in utility fleet vehicles include:
ZEVX (re)powers the existing vehicle and increases the lifespan of the vehicle while.
Reduces waste upcycling the vehicle by connecting to existing OEM componentry.
Reduces the cost by (re)powering the vehicle (much less than other options in the marketplace), as well as lowering ongoing maintenance costs.

ZEVX produces battery electric power systems and data intelligence for e-mobility applications.
The company has a series of premier battery electric powertrain and power system products that can migrate Class 2-5 commercial fleet assets and auxiliary power tools to zero carbon.
When it comes to power, Jeff Boone, Vice President of Marketing with ZEVX said, "The Vehicle is much more energy efficient and provides the same, if not more torque. All accessories, aerial boom for example, operate with the same controls and power."
