Dodge & Ram Among Truck OEMs Awarded in J.D. Power Study
Dodge is ranked the highest mass-market brand with a score of 882, while Ram is second with a score of 881.

The J.D. Power 2021 U.S. Automotive Performance, Execution and Layout (“APEAL”) Study released this week, with Dodge and Ram ranking highest among mass-market brands.
The APEAL Study, now in its 26th year, measures owners' emotional attachment to their new vehicle.
Dodge is ranked the highest mass-market brand with a score of 882, while Ram is second with a score of 881.
Nissan is right behind Ram at third (866) in mass-market brands. This marked a 22-spot jump from last year. Toyota jumped five spots from 2020.
General Motors Co. received the most model-level awards with five.
Honda Motor Company’s Honda Ridgeline and Stellantis’ Ram 1500 were among award recipients.
The 2021 U.S. APEAL Study was fielded from February through July 2021. It is based on responses from 110,827 owners of new 2021 model-year vehicles who were surveyed after 90 days of ownership.
