After graduating from the University of Kansas, Bowles began his career in fleet sales with Scherer Truck Equipment, eventually managing compliance and operations for five divisions insuring compliance with Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards and OEM guidelines. He later honed his operational skills in truck equipment, upfitting, and ship through while working for America’s Body Company as an operation engineer. Bowles spent the last eleven years working for Knapheide in Kansas City responsible for all aspects of production and quality.
