According to Roberts, Ford Fleet EPC provides quick and accurate parts look-up navigation. It offers search capability by part number, part name or simply by pointing and clicking on the parts illustration. "Fort Fleet EPC is a powerful new solution for Ford's commercial fleet customers aimed at reducingf the time needed to specify parts with local dealerships and other locations where fleet customers purchase original equipment parts for their vehicles," Roberts said. According to Roberts, Ford Fleet EPC uses DVD-ROM technology to provide monthly parts information updates to Ford's fleet customers.
