ARI Offers 24-7 Hurricane Support
Automotive Resources International setup a phone hotline, email address and Web site for support to clients and drivers affected by the recent storms.
Automotive Resources International (ARI) has opened a toll-free Hurricane Hotline, (866) 353-3859—manned by ARI's fleet management professionals—to provide support and answer questions from its clients' fleet administrators and drivers.
A dedicated email address (HurricaneAssistance@arifleet.com) and Web site (http://www.arifleet.com/hurricane_relief.html) are also activated.
ARI is providing round-the-clock support for clients that have experienced fleet property damage in storm-struck Texas.
"Our staff will be available to answer any questions from all ARI clients who are affected by the aftermath or need vehicle support to assist with the recovery," says Senior Vice President of Operations Frank Cardile. "Our representatives throughout the country have already begun contacting affected clients to assist with these particular issues, and we will continue to provide updates as conditions and fleet support infra-structures improve."
