American Force Wheels just moved into its new 60,000 square foot building in Miami.
“The move has been a long time coming,” according to American Force Wheels President Ray Shadravan. “We have been searching for a place to call home, to effectively house all components of our operation under one roof, including manufacturing, polishing, customer service, marketing, and administration for a couple years. The move will allow us to implement new programs that will benefit customers by shortening lead times. Plus, it will also allow us to build on our green initiatives, which include significant waste reduction and recycling efforts,” Shadravan concluded.
For customers who visit the Miami facility to design or take delivery of their new wheels, they will experience a plush, high-tech showroom and waiting area.
According to Marketing Director Nick Chin, “Moving into the new facility allows us to expand benefits to our employees and take customer service to a whole new level. We’ll be conducting routine workshops in our new showroom and working with truck groups to educate enthusiasts at every level, novice to expert, on the difference between wheel types and manufacturing processes.
Since 2003, American Force Wheels, Inc., has used the latest technologies and finest materials to manufacture custom aftermarket wheels for truck enthusiasts. With a reputation for creating radical wheel designs that deliver real-world functionality, American Force Wheels develops innovative products for custom truck owners. American Force Wheels, a Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA) and Wheel & Tire Council (WTC) member company, offers a lifetime warranty on its wheels against manufacturing defects.
