Acme Auto Leasing, LLC on Dec. 3 announced the appointment of Ronald J. Bucher as manager, corporate sales and marketing. Bucher, based in Toms River, N.J., is responsible for expanding Acme's commercial vehicle leasing program throughout the mid-Atlantic region, with emphasis on the small and mid-sized corporate segment. He was previously with Backstreet Design Group serving as director of sales and prior to that, employed by Software Consulting Solutions as its Eastern Region manager. His automotive sales experience began in 1980, and includes many years at Gelco Fleet Management Services, where he was director of commercial sales and senior sales positions at Chancellor Fleet Corp., Employee Transportation Consulting Corp., and LoJack Corp. "The growth of our corporate business is a key focus for Acme," said John Cullen, managing member of Acme. "Ron brings years of experience, and a great understanding of vehicle leasing and of leasing in general.
