Chevrolet will allow drivers to pay for fuel at participating Shell stations using a mobile app in the vehicle's infotainment system with a new electronic payment solution, General Motors has announced.
Users would touch the Shell app in the vehicle's Marketplace platform and select their station. The fuel payment is then charged to the payment method on file. Savings from Fuel Rewards would also be applied.
